Objectives

1. To prevent Human Rights violations and to safeguard the Fundamental Rights of every citizens of India.
2. Enhance people’s participation for the community mobilization and advancement of the social development.
3. To undertake study and research on all matters pertaining to overall development & welfare of children & women in all sectors of our society.
4. To bring, publish, and distribute books, periodicals, leaflets, brochures and paper and also to open and maintain libraries, reading rooms for the promotion of the objects of the Trust.
5. To undertake and promote the publication & translation of journal, research papers and books and to develop the audiovisual programme to disseminate knowledge pertaining to the objectives of the trust.
6. To promote and advocate Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom for all without any discrimination of race, religion, caste, color, sex and language.
7. To bring diplomatic and commercial pressures on regimes those violate human rights, to ensure that they respect the basic rights of their citizens.
8. To study and prepare reports on the violation of human rights by the State and its agencies - the police and criminal justice system inconsistent with human rights norms.
9. To provide legal aid and advice for the indigent and weaker sections of the society.
10. To work in close cooperation with National Human Rights Commission and other Statutory Commissions on Women, Minorities, SC and ST and Linguistic Minorities, NGOs and Media Organisations for promoting Human Rights Education.
11. To collect data related to the existing educational, legal and training facilities in the areas of human rights.
12. To aid in organising conferences, seminars, meetings, discussions, debates, study courses, collection of statistics, exhibitions, shows, tour trips etc. 
13. To enhance people participations for community mobilization and enhancement for social, political and economical development.
14. Try to stop and eradicate Child Labour, Bonded Labour, Organized Crimes, Prostitution, Human trafficking, Crimes against Women and Children including domestic violence and harassment at work place, and any kind of exploitation, inhumane activities, terrorism and anti-national activities, corruption and violation of Human Rights in any form
15. To aid and support deserving and / or socially or physically handicapped individuals, blind or deaf and dumb children and others where-ever and whenever necessary, training/ financially or otherwise. Special schools for handicapped children & school for person with cerebral palsy & menta retardation. Distribution/ Purchase/ Fitting of Aids/ Appliance.
16. To conduct various games and sports, gymnasiums, stadiums and sports centers for the people specially youth to generate the team-spirit, sportsmanship and integrity amongst them.
17. To confer titles on Eminent Personalities/Intellectuals in the fields of Human Rights and Social Justice, Science, Research, Education, Literature, Environment, Sports, Entertainment world and any other area of specialization, as the Trustee may think fit on the time being and for the purpose of achieving the said objects of the Trust.
18. To promote National Integration, Communal Harmony, Universal Brotherhood and Global Peace, advocate Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom for all, without any discrimination of race, religion, caste, color, sex and language.
19. To give or establish prizes for excellence in the field of (a) Social services (b) human understanding (c) Scientific, technical etc. work/research for peace in the country.
20. To celebrate annual day of the trust every year as cultural & social event.
