The basic object of the Right to Information Act is to empower the citizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government. HRVC cor committee also monitor and evaluate govt. schemes and policies through RTI. HRVC through the right to information act collects information and spread it among the people to make aware for their rights.
